No portion of Ark HR content may be copied, resold, distributed, or published without our express written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in individual Engagement Agreements. Payment terms generally include:

• Client’s violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Client’s employment practices or business operations.
